Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will train team members, enforce food safety standards, and model fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting.

You will oversee front, interior and back-of-house tasks, including order accuracy, cleanliness, and cash handling. This role requires strong leadership and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes.
• Must be at least 18 years old; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups; strong organization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to Jack in the Box procedures, standards, and labor policies.
• Assist with order taking and cashiering during busy times to keep service fast.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of work areas across interior, exterior, and dining rooms.
• Coach team members on product quality, presentation, and accurate order fulfillment.
