Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Shift Lead to execute restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager. You will follow brand procedures to ensure guest‑centric service, food quality and regulatory compliance, while coaching staff and supporting training initiatives.

The role emphasizes cost awareness, performance analysis, and consistent guest experiences, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic, fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18.
• Shift Lead training classes; ServSafe certification in some states.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and POS skills.
• Must have access to transportation and pass driving requirements.
