Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is hiring a shift leader for our Albany, OR location. This hourly role provides additional management coverage during operating hours and directly supervises staff to uphold service and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months in a supervisory role, be 18+, and possess strong communication, math, and hygiene practices. Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, coaching teammates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Positive, friendly, courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas, restrooms, and lobby.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to management.
