Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or customer experience.
• Strong leadership potential and guest-focused mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Food handlers/ServSafe certification preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and protocols.
• Resolve problems during restaurant operation.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead the team with minimal supervision.
• Lead operational and technical training of staff.
• Maintain positive teamwork and energy.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures.
• Open/close the restaurant.
• Assist with inventory logging and staffing needs.
• Manage controllables and labor.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
