Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management and handle required systems startups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage with customers to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations, including opening the backdoor for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing as per policy.
• Support the Pickup program and ensure store systems and equipment function properly.
• Assist pharmacy out window where allowed by state rules and ensure compliance with local laws.
