Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring floor/stock room readiness.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates with team on store operations, pricing, and backroom processes.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and clean, orderly store condition; supports displays and resets as needed.
