Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the store in the absence of management with systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between management and team; communicate assigned tasks when leadership is absent.
• Register sales accurately; record scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor operations; support inventory and displays.
