Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store team member to open and close the store when management is absent, handle cash and backroom duties, and prepare the floor for the business day. You will manage returns, refunds, cash drops, and price changes while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

The role requires at least one year of leadership or retail key holder experience and fluent English. PTCB certification or pharmacy license is preferred where required by state.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience and assists customers with products and services.
• Liaises between management and team members when store management is not present.
• Ensures compliance with pricing, signage, and local regulations.
