Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Assists with and coaches team members in vendor orders, displays, pricing, and inventory controls.
• Maintains accurate on-hand inventory and adheres to pricing and regulatory compliance.
