Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Support Associate in Michigan to open and close the store when management is not present, manage cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. The role requires at least one year of leadership or key holder experience and fluency in English. You will support inventory, pricing, displays, and vendor deliveries to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers as needed.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management as necessary and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register all sales, document scanning errors, price verifications, and price changes.
• Assist with displays, stock organization, and price signage to comply with local regulations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across departments and stockroom.
