Job summary

Walgreens in Michigan is seeking a store team member to help open and close the store when management is not present, manage systems start-ups, handle cash, and ensure floors and stock rooms are ready for business.

You will also process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers while delivering a friendly, helpful customer experience and maintaining accurate inventory, pricing, and displays.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience with store inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handling start-ups, cash handling, and readiness of floors and stock rooms.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and back door management as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper pricing and signage.
