Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced team member in Michigan to support store operations, including opening and closing in the absence of management, handling cash, and ensuring floors and stock rooms are ready for the business day. You will also assist with vendor deliveries and pricing tasks.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, manage returns and refunds, and maintain accurate inventory while upholding Walgreens service standards and compliant store practices.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking of English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles cash.
• Registers sales, handles price verifications, and processes voids and refunds.
• Provides customer service, resolves issues, and delivers a delightful customer experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports display and pricing tasks.
• Supports warehouse/vendor deliveries and basic backroom operations.
