Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily store operations across 1st–3rd shift. This full-time role reports to the Store Manager and pays $13.50–$15.25 per hour.

Key duties include greeting guests, dipside item prep, operating the POS and gas console, stocking shelves, and ensuring clean, safe conditions. The ideal candidate must speak English well, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and comply with all laws and company

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare DipSide items and supervise food/service prep.
• Operate POS and gas console; process transactions and proper change.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized store area.
• Maintain safety, security, and regulatory compliance during shift.
• Complete time records and assist management as needed.
