Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. This full-time role (37-40 hours) requires handling POS, gas, cash, and maintaining product quality, refrigeration, and safety while complying with policies. Pay ranges $13.50-$15.25 per hour.

You will lead guest service, manage staff on duty, and support store performance with honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with customers.
• Capable of handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Experience operating POS systems and gas consoles is preferred.
• Able to lead a team and maintain Hi Five service standards.
• Compliance with alcohol and tobacco sale laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, and other DipSide items as needed.
• Operate POS and gas console; process payments and make correct change.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; keep display areas clean and organized.
• Maintain store security, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned by management.
