Job summary

Peet’s Coffee in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Lead to manage day-to-day operations and lead a fast-paced team. You will oversee shift tasks, ensure high-quality customer interactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming coffeebar.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership or supervising experience, 1 year with POS/cash handling, and flexibility to work at various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is competitive with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role or directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling in related industry.
• Availability for at least three days a week including early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform physical tasks.
