Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead in Kentucky to oversee daily operations, manage shifts, and deliver top-notch customer service. The role emphasizes leadership, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and product quality in a fast-paced coffee bar environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in leadership or directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling in related industry.
• Maintain schedule availability of a minimum of three days a week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located.
• Must comply with Peet's employment policies and work with minors as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Perform various physical tasks during the work shift.

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity by managing task deployment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by modeling engagement, craft, high product quality, and friendly service.
