Peet's Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations and lead a fast-paced team. You will ensure smooth shift flow, handle cash and POS tasks, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a welcoming coffee bar.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role or directing others.
• 1 year POS/cash handling experience in related industry.
• Availability to work a minimum of three days a week, including early mornings/evenings.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks during shifts.
