Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead who upholds our culture and values on every shift. You will lead the team, train new staff, ensure standards, manage inventory, and support the Shop Manager with upkeep and promotions.

The role requires flexible hours, a strong customer service mindset, and a willingness to teach and model the Dutch Bros experience to teammates and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required
• Disciplinary action defined as a coaching conversation resulting in formal documentation with signatures
• Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations
• Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates and training
• Must follow company policies and procedures as laid out in guides

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage the shift and ensure Broistas are prepared for specials or promotions with the right energy.
• Model and deliver Broista training on drink fundamentals and overall culture.
• Assist Shop Manager with inventory, cleanliness, and shift setup and communication with leaders
