Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold the brand vision, culture, and service standards on each shift. You will model the company values, guide the crew, and communicate feedback to leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will train new Broistas, assist with inventory and shift readiness, and maintain shop operations, while working a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A strong emphasis on teamwork and service is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action in the past 90 days.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Complete mandatory certificates and tests per company policies and regulations.
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to deliver a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage shift operations and promotions with the right energy and attitude.
• Train new Broistas on operations and culture.
• Assist in inventory management and shop setup with the manager and leaders.
• Ensure cleanliness, policy adherence, and readiness for the next shift.
