Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You will lead the crew, model the Manifesto, and ensure a mind-blowing experience for customers while supporting the Shop Manager.

This role requires 32+ hours weekly with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will train new Broistas, manage inventory, and ensure safety and policy adherence in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Flowcheck with 90% score or better completed on time.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by regulations.
• Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to deliver a mind-blowing customer experience and uphold standards.
• Be an expert on drink and operational fundamentals and train new Broistas.
• Set up the next shift for success including tills, deposits, and inventory.
• Communicate wins and opportunities with shop leadership and attend meetings.
• Ensure shop setup, cleanliness, and quality assurance following policy.
