Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold the brand’s culture and values on every shift. You will act as a servant leader, solving problems and guiding the crew to maintain a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include leading shift operations, preparing for promotions, training new Broistas, managing inventories, and upholding cleanliness standards. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and commitment to the Dutch Bros standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred
• Must obtain/maintain Food Handler Permit per regulations
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates and trainings per company policies

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to deliver mind-blowing guest experiences
• Ensure shift readiness for specials and promotions
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally
• Support inventory management and shop cleanliness
• Attend meetings and model company policies
