Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in United States is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You will serve as a servant leader, communicating feedback to leadership and ensuring the team delivers a mind-blowing guest experience.

This role requires 32 hours per week with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will model Broista standards, train new team members, manage inventory, and support the Shop Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Successfully completed the most recent flowcheck (90% score or better) and on time.
• A Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage the shift and ensure readiness for specials or promotions with the right energy and attitude.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally while maintaining a fun environment.
• Aid Shop Manager in inventory, restocking, cleanliness, and daily shop setup.
• Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
