Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our culture and standards on each shift. You will lead the crew as a servant leader, solving problems and ensuring our Manifesto is lived on the floor.

Responsibilities include training new Broistas, managing shift readiness for promotions, and maintaining inventory and shop cleanliness. The role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on delivering a mind-blowing customer experience.

Qualifications

• Broista experience preferred with a clean record in the last 90 days.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Flowcheck score of 90% or better achieved on time.
• Complete mandatory certificates and knowledge tests per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to ensure mind-blowing customer experiences.
• Manage shift operations and promotions with energetic, positive attitude.
• Train new Broistas on operational tasks and culture.
• Oversee inventory setup, cash handling, and shop cleanliness.
• Attend mandatory meetings and follow Shift Lead guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with shop leadership to share wins and improvement opportunities.
