Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold its culture on each shift and guide the crew to deliver a mind-blowing experience for every customer.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, with flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will train new Broistas, manage shifts, and support inventory and shop cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required
• Prerequisite to employment: obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure mind-blowing customer service.
• Manage the shift and prepare for specials or promotions with the right energy and attitude.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally while providing a fun environment.
• Assist Shop Manager in inventory setup, counts, and cleanliness standards
• Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures
