Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our culture and lead on shift. You will be a servant leader, communicating feedback to leadership and supporting the crew to deliver a mind-blowing experience for every customer.

You will train new Broistas, manage inventory handoffs, and coordinate with the Shop Manager while ensuring shop standards and smooth operations. Flexible 32-hour schedule with mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Must have completed flowcheck with 90%+ score on time.
• Prerequisite to employment is to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests under policy and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage the shift and ensure crew is prepared for specials or promotions with the right energy and attitude.
