Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold the brand’s culture on every shift. You’ll lead a team of Broistas, model the Manifesto, train new teammates, and ensure fast, friendly service.

The role requires availability for 32+ hours weekly, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a strong focus on communication and energy on the floor. You will support inventory, cash handling, and shift transitions, while collaborating with management to maintain standards and a positive shop

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Prerequisite to employment is to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by regulations.
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift and ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage the shift and prepare Broistas for specials or promotions with the right energy and attitude.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally while maintaining a fun-loving environment.
• Assist with inventory management, shop setup, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
• Communicate with leadership and share wins and opportunities for improvement.
