Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience is required.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolving issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains store and display conditions, inventory counts, pricing signage, and backroom readiness.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, pricing changes, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
