Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Key Holder to support store operations in the absence of management, handling cash, opening back room deliveries, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage with customers, assist with products and services, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service standards, while helping maintain inventory, pricing signage, displays, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Possesses/maintains valid PTCB certification or state pharmacy license as required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle all required cash processes.
• Assist with returns, refunds, cash drops, and register accuracy; provide change as needed.
• Provide excellent customer experience and model Walgreens service traits.
• Support inventory accuracy, pricing changes, displays, and basic housekeeping.
