Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong hygiene and reliability.
• Positive, friendly attitude and good transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and staff coaching.
• Monitor shifts to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance.
• Report issues to management and HR as needed.
• Perform daily food safety and prep audits and inventory checks.
