Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Happy Valley, OR is seeking a Wing Certified Trainer/Shift Leader to lead a fast-paced team and ensure top-notch guest service. You must be 21+, follow service timelines, resolve guest issues, and coach others on menu and drink items while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

You will work with management to deliver friendly, efficient service and stay current with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position.
• Completion of Shift Leader certification.
• Preferred: prior experience managing others or two years of Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
