Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Yuba City, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to support management during peak periods and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. You will open/close, coach team members, manage labor, monitor food quality and safety, and resolve guest issues with professionalism.

The role requires at least 21 years old, Wing Certified Trainer certification, and ShiftLeader certification; prior supervision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and facilitation abilities with Team Members and management
• Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take and give direction, and execute objectives
• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events
• Knowledgeable of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures
• Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures
• Knowledge of menu and drink items to ensure quality and coach others
• Conflict management, analytical skills, and emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of table visits are performed and guest issues resolved
• Lead and coach Team Member performance
• Impact sales and profits in the restaurant
• Provide support for Front of House and Heart of House teams
• Open and close the restaurant and complete paperwork
• Perform shift change and break down cash drawers
• Conduct daily QSC and heart of house line checks
• Monitor food quality, labor, and safety throughout the shift
