Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Shift Leader to provide frontline leadership during peak periods, open and close the restaurant, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will coach Team Members, monitor food quality, safety, and labor, and handle shift paperwork and cash controls.

Requirements include minimum age 21, Wing Certified Trainer certification in at least one hourly position, and completion of a Shift Leader certification; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications
