Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant; complete required paperwork.
• Break down cash drawers and perform safe audits.
• Inspect credit cards; complete Manager Absolutes; perform CVDs.
• Address guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, labor, and safety during shifts.
