Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily operations. You will assist guests, manage shakes and ice cream items, and ensure accurate transactions with the POS system and gas console.

The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain store standards across safety, cleanliness, and inventory. Shift work across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift is available.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and understand English well for customer communication.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Physical ability to lift items and tolerate temperature ranges as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console, process transactions and payments.
• Restock shelves, chillers, and ensure cleanliness and proper product rotation.
• Monitor store security and control cash drops and verify identification when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and equipment.
• Accurately complete time records and Customer First documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
