Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a store key holder to operate in the absence of store management, handling opening/closing, cash handling, and register accuracy while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

You will support inventory, pricing, displays, and vendor deliveries, coaching teammates and ensuring policy compliance. This role requires prior leadership or key holder experience, fluency in English, and a pharmacy license or PTCB certification as state requirements dictate.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtain and maintain a valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory and supports pricing, displays, and signage.
• Coaches team members on vendor orders and backdoor deliveries.
