• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, and records sales and pricing issues on registers.
• Keeps inventory counts accurate and assists with displays, pricing, and signage.
• Supports bookkeeping tasks and ensures store cleanliness and compliance with policies.
