Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dependable team member to serve as a key holder, opening and closing the store in the absence of management. You will handle cash, assist customers, and ensure the store and back room are ready for daily operations.

You will support inventory, pricing, and displays while modelling Walgreens’ commitment to a positive customer experience. One year of leadership or retail key holder experience is required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling required start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops and provides change; registers all sales and tracks price verifications and voids.
• Resolves customer issues to deliver a positive experience and models Walgreens service traits.
• Prepares back door for vendor deliveries and assists with vendor ordering processes and reverse logistics.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and ensures correct pricing, signage, and compliance with store policies.
