Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle cash and door security.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, backroom operations, and displays per policy.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws for regulated products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Support pharmacy operations as needed (pharmacy window).
