Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Key Holder to support opening and closing the store in management's absence, manage cash handling, and ensure shelves and stockroom are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, assist with vendor deliveries, perform price checks, and help maintain a clean, compliant store environment while upholding Walgreens service standards. An one year leadership background and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Engage customers and patients to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries as needed.
• Register all related sales on assigned cash registers, including price verifications, and handling exceptions.
