Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services, resolving issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to maintain Walgreens service traits.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management as necessary and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register sales, track scanning errors and price verifications, and handle voids.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, displays, pricing, and regulatory signage.
