Taco Bell in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and focus. You’ll supervise team members, ensure order accuracy, uphold food safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while coaching teammates to perform at their best.

You will partner with the GM and management to support Profit & Loss goals, manage shifts, and maintain a welcoming, efficient restaurant environment through strong communication and leadership.

Formación

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.
• Basic Math skills.
• Operates cash register and makes change as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
