Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months as shift lead preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to stand, move and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with day, evening, and late night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and ensure Taco Bell standards are met.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Coach and train team members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Assist the GM with staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Manage cash handling and cash control procedures.
• Support inventory, labor, and daily P&L tasks.
• Uphold health and safety standards and promote Taco Bell values.
