• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Basic math and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM with candidate screening and labor management.
