Job summary

Taco Bell in Lehi, UT is seeking a Shift Lead who will energize the team, coach staff, and work with the GM to drive results while upholding Taco Bell standards. You’ll take ownership of shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and model fast, friendly service.

You’ll manage daily operations, supervise Team Members, monitor food safety and quality, handle guest concerns, and assist with hiring, training, and scheduling to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
