Taco Bell in Star, Idaho is seeking a Shift Lead to run daily operations with energy and accountability. You will coach teammates, uphold Taco Bell standards, and partner with the GM to drive guest satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience.
• 3 months shift lead preferred.
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Cash, security, inventory, and labor policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure customer satisfaction through MIC routines.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Provide feedback to GM on team member performance.
• Assist GM with recruiting and training new Team Members.
• Manage cash control, inventory, and labor according to policies.
• Handle conflicts constructively and promote Taco Bell values.
• Support facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
