Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates and with labor management.
