Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience
• 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Able to move and handle items up to 45 lbs and maintain safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet Taco Bell standards and coach team members.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and labor to support Profit & Loss metrics.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance and participate in training.
