Job summary

Taco Bell in Boise is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the team with energy and ensure the restaurant meets its high standards. You will coach teammates, handle customer concerns, and coordinate with the GM on daily operations.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage shifts, cash handling, and food safety. You’ll help train Team Members and support inventory and labor management while promoting Taco Bell's culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Dependent and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Physical dexterity to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Operates cash register as needed and makes change.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to keep customers satisfied.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Coach and train Team Members during shifts.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and onboarding.
