Anchor Point Management Group is hiring a shift leader for our Philadelphia, MS location. The role focuses on providing management coverage during operating hours, supervising staff, and ensuring service quality and safety.

You will lead by example, train employees, and maintain cleanliness and product quality while handling opening/closing duties as needed. This hourly position rewards reliability, strong guest service, and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months minimum experience in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Flexible hours and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and basic math/reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take accurate orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash register, process payments and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies; open/close tasks as required.
• Monitor shifts to ensure fair treatment and compliance with laws.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members and report safety concerns.
