Job summary

The Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Shift Leader for our Wisconsin restaurant location. This hourly role provides extra management coverage, supervises staff, and ensures high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and food quality while you actively perform hands-on duties during shifts.

You will coach team members, respond to guest needs, help close or occasionally open the restaurant, and model professional behavior to maintain efficient operations and excellent guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong preference for internal promotion after completing training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offers ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Assist with any safety concerns in the workplace.
• Reports any serious issues to their manager and HR as needed.
• Conducts food safety and prep audits daily.
• Conducts daily inventory monitors performance and shares responsibility for cash procedures.
